Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.dolltop-lb.com (the "Site") and the products and services we offer through it. By using the Site, including by browsing, creating an account, adding items to a cart or wishlist, placing an order, or contacting us through any link on the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The canonical version of these terms lives in our repository as TERMS_OF_SERVICE.md.

1. About the Service

Doll Top is an online toy retailer delivering across Lebanon. Through the Site you can browse the catalog, create an account or sign in with Google, manage a cart and wishlist, place orders for Cash on Delivery, earn and redeem Doll Top Points, submit reviews, and contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is not directed at children under 13. Adults remain responsible for any order they place for the benefit of a child.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these Terms. Guest checkout is available but does not accrue loyalty points.

4. Products, Prices, and Availability

Listings are not binding offers. All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in USD; LBP prices are displayed as a courtesy at our current applied exchange rate and may change without notice. Promotions and coupons are subject to their own eligibility rules.

5. Orders and Confirmation

Submitting an order through checkout is an offer to purchase. We accept the offer when we contact you to confirm, typically by phone or WhatsApp. Your order is identified by a unique order number in the format DT-XXXXXXXX. You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact and delivery information you provide.

6. Payment

The Service currently supports Cash on Delivery only. You pay the courier upon receipt of your order in either USD or LBP at the rate applied at checkout. Refusing a confirmed COD order without prior notice may result in restrictions on future orders.

7. Delivery

We deliver throughout Lebanon, typically within 1–3 business days. Delivery fees vary by zone and are shown at checkout; free shipping may apply with certain coupons or order thresholds. Times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

8. Returns and Refunds

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Tags must be intact and an order number is required. Personalized items are non-returnable. Refunds for COD orders are issued by bank transfer or store credit. Loyalty points associated with a cancelled or refunded order are reversed. Full conditions are on the Returns & Refunds page.

9. Doll Top Points

Account holders earn 1 point per US$1 of eligible paid subtotal, plus bonuses for sign-up (50), first order (100), verified reviews (50), birthdays (150 per year), and successful referrals (300). Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Order-based earnings are pending for 14 days and expire 12 months after activation. Redemption requires a $50 minimum subtotal, is capped at 15% of the subtotal, and cannot be combined with certain major coupons. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the program, and we may forfeit points obtained through fraud or abuse.

10. Reviews and Submitted Content

You confirm that any review or content you submit is your own, accurate, and not unlawful. You grant Doll Top a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content in connection with the Service and our marketing. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or automate the Site, abuse the loyalty program (including self-referrals or fake reviews), or submit infringing or defamatory content. We may investigate violations and take action including account suspension and order cancellation.

12. Intellectual Property

The Site, its software, design, logos, text, and graphics are owned by Doll Top or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Brand names and brand logos remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Product age recommendations are guidelines only; parents and guardians are responsible for assessing whether a product is appropriate and safe for their child, and for following manufacturer instructions and supervising play.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doll Top will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, or US$100, whichever is greater. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, cancel pending orders, or forfeit unredeemed points if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts located in Lebanon will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
